particularly recommend the following.
There are many other Restaurants and bars to be found within a short drive. We would
recommend a visit to Port Duquesa where many good restaurants and bars can be found.
SPORT - Tennis is available, enquire at the clubhouse. San Roque
Club also has it’s own Equestrian Centre as well as many swimming pools that may
be used b guests. Sotogrande is also home to the internationally renowned Polo Centre.
GOLF - This is truly a golfer’s paradise. In addition to San Roque
club’s old and new course, the following recommended courses are within a easy reach

WATERSPORTS - Nearby Tarifa is recognised as one of the world’s
top windsurfing destinations.
BEACHES - The Blue Flag beach at Alcaidesa is less than 10 minutes
drive. Windsurfing, Catamaran and dinghy sailing are available. There are also fine
beaches in Sotogrande, and a day at the Sotogrande beach club is recommended.
Shops - In addition to the small shopping precinct at the entrance
to San Roque, the following are within easy reach
Los Barrios - 5 to10 minutes drive on the A7 (E-15) motorway, direction
Algeciras. Large retail park with several large superstores
Sotogrande Royal Golf Mall - Located in the centre of Sotogrande,
Royal Golf is home to several exclusive designer shops.
Gibraltar - A tax free shoppers paradise.
Le Canada - Marbella (30 minutes on A7 (E-15) motorway. A huge
shopping mall of ‘Bluewater’ proportions.
Puerto Banus - Marbella (30 minutes on A7 (E-15) motorway. Very
exclusive designer shops.
El Corte Ingles - Branches of Spain’s favourite department store
can be found at Puerto Banus and Algeciras.
BANKS - Banco Pastor is located at the entrance to San Roque. There
are further banks in Sotogrande, (including Barclays).
SUPERMARKETS -There is a Supercor supermarket in Sotogrande. There
are also large Carrefour hypermarkets at Los Barrios and La Linea approx 10 minutes
away. Whilst most shops and supermarkets stay open late Monday to Saturday, most
ar closed on Sundays.
